We want you to stay safe, be informed, understand locals laws and regulations, and get out there and have fun!

Hi, I'm Randy DeNucci, founder of Gold Prospector Hub. I've been gold prospecting for over 30 years, from southern California all the way to northern Washington state... and I'm still hooked! My grandmother started me on my gold prospecting journey when I was 13 years old- with an old metal pan, a small hand scoop, and yes, an old screw driver to pry open cracks in rocks to get to the hidden gold!

Over the years, I've served on the board of two gold prospecting clubs and have learned firsthand how much fun it is to get outdoors, learn the skills, and share the hobby with others. I've also seen the hesitation from new-comers to join a club or to even start out on their own- because they just didn't understand the basics- how to begin. And few online sites would teach the basics without overwhelming them.

Gold Prospector Hub's mission is to support the beginning (and future expert) gold prospector- so we provide you with access to not just our own commentary and products, but to other experts in the hobby, to their websites, their Youtube videos, and to their GPH approved products. Here's to you and your gold prospecting adventure, and to you finding that next big nugget!
